Board of Directors
Dudley Kubo retired in 2010 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service. He graduated from the
University of California with a B.A. in History and from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with an M.A.in History and a B.S. in Civil
Engineering. From 1987 to 2000, Dudley served on the Credit Committee before joining the Board in 2000. He served as Secretary/Treasurer
from 2001 to 2003 and has served as Board Chairman since 2010.
Wyman Au retired in 2003 as a Meteorologist with the National Weather Service. He was also in commissioned service with the United States
Air Force and a commander in the Hawai Air National Guard. Wyman graduated from the University of Hawaii. He served as a Hawaii Credit
Union League Director at Large from 1987 to 1997 and was the League Secretary from 1991 to 1996. Wyman was a CUNA Mutual Coordinator -
National Policy Owners Program Representative for Hawaii for eight years and received a Very Special Person award at the 37th Policy
Owners Conference. He has served on the Board of Directors since 1984, previously as the Secretary/Treasurer and the Vice Chair.
Orby Groves is retired from the Internal Revenue Service. He served 30 years with the Honolulu Police Department reaching the position of
Assistant Police Chief. Orby graduated from Chaminade University of Honolulu with a degree in Police Administration Management. From 1991
to 2005, he served on the Credit Committee/Loan Committee before joining the Board in 2006. Orby is currently serving as Chairman of the
Dean Hoe retired in 2011 from the U.S. Small Business Administration. He graduated from Chaminade University of Honolulu with a degree in
Business Administration and served in the United States Navy from 1969 to 1973. From 1994 to 2000, Dean served on the Supervisory
Committee before joining the Board of Directors in 2001. He is currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board.
Lydia Kauha retired in 2004 as Revenue Officer Group Manager after being with the Internal Revenue Service since 1978. She attended the
University of Hawaii and various Internal Revenue Service management training schools. Lydia served on the Supervisory Committee of
Honolulu FCU before being elected to the Board of Directors in 1987. She served as Board Chairman from 1990 to 2010 and currently serves
as Vice Chair of the Board.
Timothy Titus retired as Assistant Chief Counsel in 2004 after being with the Federal Aviation Administration since 1973. From 1977 to
1987, he served as civilian counsel for the Fourteenth Coast Guard District. In 1977, Tim joined the credit union and served on the
Credit Committee from 1977 to 1987. Since 2011, he has served on the Board of Directors.
Gloria Uyehara retired in 2012 from the Honolulu-Pacific Federal Executive Board as Executive Director. Some of her previous employers
include the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), and the U.S. Navy. Her notable awards include the FEB
Federal Executive Award from OPM, Meritorious Civilian Service Award and Outstanding EEO Program Award from USCINCPAC, Chief of Naval
Operations, Manager of the Year Award from DeCA, and Team Excellence Award from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. Joining the credit union in
2007, Gloria began serving on the Board of Directors in 2013.
