Maximum Share to Draft Transfers:
The maximum number of transfers from Regular Shares or Shares Plus to Share
Draft account through the telephone or Instant Phone Service is 6 (six) per
month.
- If you have more than one loan suffix number (i.e. loan #2 and #3), you must enter the loan suffix
number. Example: To access the balance of your loan 2, enter 54#. You will
be asked for the suffix, enter 2#. Please refer to your last quarterly
statement for your complete share and loan suffix numbers. Please remember to
always press the pound sign (# )at the end of each entry. Enter **# to repeat
your last prompt, 9 for "Yes" and 6 for "No." To enter a monetary amount,
enter the dollars and cents by using the star as the decimal point. For example:
Enter $145.00 as 145*00#. To end your call or exit transactions, press *#.
IPS Voice Response has changed with some recently added
features such as last five (5) share draft withdrawals and deposits. If you have
never used Instant Phone Service, you need to sign an IPS Authorization Form,
and we will activate your account with the last four digits of your social
security number. Then you can dial 536-9150 (outside Oahu call (800) 508-9499)
on a touch tone phone. Enter the last four digits of your social
security number and press the pound (#) sign. For your protection, enter
transaction code 746 to select a new four digit authorization code. Do not
give your code to anyone.
