Recently there was a scam involving text messaging. These text messages notified the potential victims that their accounts had been frozen and prompted them to reactivate their accounts by calling a given telephone number. Please be aware that this is not a legitimate text message from the credit union. If you receive any form of communication from Honolulu FCU that seems suspicious to you, please contact us directly.

Has Your Address or Telephone Number Changed?

Changes are bound to happen. When it's regarding your address or phone number, please be sure to notify the credit union with a written and signed confirmation of your most current information. This helps with security issues: minimizing fraud on your account and allowing the credit union to contact you when necessary.
