Text Message Scam Alert
Please be aware of text messages that have been sent to both members and non-members of Honolulu Federal Credit Union telling the
recipient that there is a problem with their debit or credit card and to call to reactivate it. If you have received such a message,
please do not respond! The credit union does not contact its members in this manner; if you have responded to this scam, please
contact us immediately.

Protect Yourself from Fraud
During these challenging times, be extra vigilant to protect your sensitive account information from criminals. This credit union
will never request confidential account information over the phone or through an email unless you initiate the conversation. Under
no circumstance would the credit union request your PIN or security numbers on the back of your credit card. Please contact the
credit union at 808-203-5850 immediately if you have any questions before releasing any information no matter how urgent a matter
may seem.
Has Your Address or Telephone Number Changed?
Changes are bound to happen. When it's regarding your address or phone number, please be sure to notify the
credit union with a written and signed confirmation of your most current information. This helps with security issues:
minimizing fraud on your account and allowing the credit union to contact you when necessary. For
your convenience, we've added a change of address form to our website.
Save Time and Money with CUDL AutoSMART
Honolulu Federal Credit Union strives to provide
quality services for our members. Through Credit Union Direct Lending
(CUDL), you can now access auto buying resources by clicking on the CUDL
button or visiting www.cudirect.com. The CUDL AutoSMART Program allows
you to research vehicles and request pricing and availability on new
vehicles from participating CUDL AutoSMART dealers. There are valuable
articles, information, and tips to aid you before visiting the
dealership. In addition, there are links to pricing guides such as NADA
and Kelley Blue Book to research used vehicle trade in values and retail
pricing.
